Tom Mock

Be humble, hungry and kind. Be so good they can’t ignore you.

This blog is about tumor documentation. Tumor documentation is an important means of quality control in tumor therapy. This blog gives examples on how to extract data from a tumor data base, how to correct and congregate the data, and how to implement satisfying statistical analysis.

All data handling is done by means of the statistical language R, and its libraries. The blog is written in R Markdown and the new Quarto.

The author is the former head of the department of hematology and oncology of a OnkoZert certified cancer center in Germany.
